I have had some unexpected health issues this year, and apologize for any emails or messages I have overlooked this spring. Our kids have done an excellent job tending the herd while I have been unable to. We have sold all available kids until next Spring kidding season. Western Family Ranch is pleased to announce the planned litter out of our girl Lexa, and our stud Halt! Lexa is daughter of 2x World Champion- Lex vom hause Edelstein. Halt is an AKC Champion, son of our girl Willow (Import CH Power Brcko Star x Import CH Gina vom Bonzi Star), and the International Champion stud- Case von den Auserwahlten (Int. CH Ajax von haus Drazic- World CH Dzomba von haus Drazic). BOTH parents are full Wisdom Panel DNA tested CLEAR for ALL 210 genetic conditions (including clear for: JLPP, NAD, DM, HFH, Myotubular Myopathy- aka: XLMTM or "X-Factor"). Lexa is confirmed pregnant via ultrasound- we are expecting a full sized litter of 6+ babies! Puppies will be ready to go home after receiving their 2nd set of puppy shots and microchipping at 8 weeks old. Lexa's puppies will be ready to go home around late February. Puppies from Lexa's litter by Halt will be $2800.
This Litter will be DOCKED and dewclaws removed.

This past year has proven to be a losing battle with the predators and our flock. A family of foxes visiting frequently, and the occasional visit from Raccoons and Birds of Prey- we have sadly seen our flocks' numbers much reduced. This year we will not have any farm birds available, as we try to rebuild our flocks this spring/summer.
Update June 2023- We have started to get our numbers back up, and hope to have chicks and ducklings available again in 2024. We apologize, and hope you understand our need to maintain all of our birds at this time. If you are looking for birds in the middle TN area, we would encourage you to try Baker Pastures in Castalian Springs.
